Flee! Seriously.... FLEE!! If it's not horrid service is additional fees and then fees on the fees and 'oh, that price was introductory only'.... absolutely rubbish value, absolutely taking advantage and gouging the life out of people who may have no other option. To my good fortune, I now do have alternatives so adios Xplore! ZERO stars!

This is the worst internet company by a longshot the actual speeds are not even close to the speeds being payed for if as so much as the wind blows it stops working constantly having to call to figure out why its not working this time. Its so crazy how they can push these horrible plans to people that just want reliable internet. its no wonder they change the name of this company every year or two More

Initially signed up with Xplore being the only company in my area. They setup an appointment for me to be at my house in the morning but never ended up showing up until 10pm. The installer left my house a mess, never took his shoes off and unplugged my fridge without telling me which turned into a puddle of water all over the room the internet was put in. Where do I begin? Installer couldn't align LTE antenna in 2 tries. Finally aligned it myself so that it points directly at the tower. Speed is great during the day (~30 Mb/s) but drops off horribly most nights between 6 and 9 PM (2-4 Mb/s).
