Following the Internet stability problem and after around twenty calls to Bravo Telecom customer service, the problem was never resolved. Which forced me to go to another supplier. I terminated my contract on 11/17/2023 before the end of my billing cycle which is the 30th of each month. After a little over a year of problem-free service, I was faced with a drastic drop in internet service without any valid reason, going from 130mb/s as the contract stipulates to 44mb/s on average almost every day. evenings from around 7 p.m. for the rest of the evening. AVOID

Router stopped working after 2 months after a simple power failure. Took hours to get through to tech support, told me I had to replace the MODEM. I had to drive across the city to replace it it, only to be told it was the ROUTER and not the modem that needed replacing.

My compensation? $6 credit..... cost me $25 in gas and 5 hours of my time.

HORRIBLE company.

Horrible experience, cheap equipment

Router crapped out after only a few months. Took over an hour to get through to tech support only to get dropped because their shift was finished. Called the next morning, they told me I needed to change the MODEM, when in reality the ROUTER was the problem. Zero complaints, highly recommend

I had their internet for years, moved multiple times with them and kept the same service. They never raised my prices, I had no outages, could always reach tech support when I needed (which only happened twice in the whole time I had them and they helped me restart the modem and then I was good to go). I highly recommend them! I had the 100 service unlimited and it never felt slow, even with multiple devices and usage of approx 500 GB a month.
