Very Unprofessional & rude

They are rude, their internet is horrible, they made me return all devices when I cancelled (which is fair was in the contract) but they gave me 1 week to do it or i pay for all the devices, but the refund they told me 4 to 8 weeks till I receive.

Prolonged Dispute Over Paid Services

Took months to settle a dispute where services were paid for and ciktel took my money but it took involving the better business bureau and then it escalated to discussions with a lawyer. Excellent service

Last Saturday, our internet stopped working and would not restart. I emailed CIK reporting the problem late that night.In short, Vikas called on Sunday morning, identified a dead modem, arranged for a replacement, and had us back online by noon, in time to watch the Fifa games!Vikas was professional and dedicated as he called back on Monday as a follow-up.

Very unreliable and slow

I’ve been using cik telecom for 5 years and the only reason why I have been using cik telecom is because it was cheap but that was the worse thing that I had done because first of all, the service is terrible and slow! We waited for 2 years and they still didn’t help us. Second of all, the internet is so slow and it keeps on disconnecting! Do not end off like me and change to cik! It was a horrible mistake.

I was with CIK Telecom for five years, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. Constant connection problems, slow internet, and terrible customer service. They never explained basic things like how to change my Wi-Fi password, then asked me for it when I tried to fix it. Even canceling was a hassle -- I had to pay $30 just to return their equipment.Keep away from them.
