It's a real struggle to convince the provider that the instability of my download was their responsibility. Three home technician visits when the problem is clearly in the R/F (Run/Fiber) domain. Each time, I'm told the problem is fixed, but three weeks later my speed drops again. I was referred to a liaison agent with whom I can't get in touch.
