"Low Price FTTN in Rosemont"

The operation of this company is to offer the lowest price fttn but it is only available in rosemont. Afterwards, a salesperson will tell you that the Bell network is not working and will try to sell you their cable packages. It's a fraudulent practice I think.

Unreliable Internet Service Paid

Small business, limited service hours, unable to fix internet issues before 10am or after 7pm (office closed). Paid for 100mbps but not every day, very often the line is cut. The excuses are ''you have problems with your router, you need to check your router''. Payment reminder is always sent to your email even if I have already paid 3 months in advance and internet line is always cut or slowed do More

"Customer Service Disconnected Issues"

Except for the extremely long delays to simply transfer my personal modem to their network (1 week) the service is very stable. Customer service is disconnected from technical service and does not seem to communicate. Otherwise they offer very good prices and the delay is very fast if you buy a modem from them.
