I have been a Freedom subscriber from Jan 2024.The Canada/US talk text does not work on my cell while in Arizona. I spend 3 months in 2024 and 3 months in 2025 in the US. My Samsung S8 does not receive or send cell phone calls, at all. I can text and e mail only.My phone there depending on the day tells me my provider is T Mobile, then next day AT andT.In Canada, phone works well.Ken McInnis

Freedom unilaterally suspended (terminated) my plan because of a minor billing error that was their fault. I've been with Freedom for 5+ years and the service coverage gets incrementally better each year. Recommend if you never leave the main city boundaries but not reliable if you're driving to the ferry terminal and other areas just outside(?) the city

Many options for customer service. I left Freedom for a few years but ended back with them. At this time they are one of the few or possibly the only company offering multiple countries of service in North America on plans starting at $29 and international data on plans a few dollars more. Customer service has improved since they were Wind many years ago, many more options to contact them like text.
