Don't even think to go with Primus
We were with Rogers, got a deal on Perkopolis and switched but made a worse decision to go with Primus. So many outages, kids study for university exams, projects and internet is always down, not stable, comes and by the time we try to connect it's gone again. I work from home and had to connect with VPN again and again. They signed us in a contract and we didn't get what we were looking for and More

Their internet goes down all the time and the first thing their tech support will ask you is if you want to upgrade your service, the problem is the more you upgrade and the more money you pay for your service the more it goes down the slower it gets and the harder it is to contact tech support. Their internet goes down almost every single night and their tech support doesn't even open till 8:00 More
