Costumer service is the worst

Used Primus for 2 plus years , anytime I have to contact their support or costumer care I end up with bad experience, can’t recommend

Crappy all around

I find this comany is very slow and keeps crashing and has a lot of error messages. And it has crappy communication when wanting to ask questions.

Don't even think to go with Primus

We were with Rogers, got a deal on Perkopolis and switched but made a worse decision to go with Primus. So many outages, kids study for university exams, projects and internet is always down, not stable, comes and by the time we try to connect it's gone again. I work from home and had to connect with VPN again and again. They signed us in a contract and we didn't get what we were looking for and More

Worst company

This company doesn’t care if you go to credit collection, the dont answer emails, non of their phone numbers are reachable from abroad, basically the don not care about giving service the just sell.

Worst network in Toronto

It’s worst ever experience and especially their customer service. May be coz of their customer service and service people are away from this network. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone this internet.

Nightmare: Packet Loss & Frustrating Support

30% on average packet loss. Customer service makes you jump through hoops and do speedtests both in browser and in the command line. their recommendations are maddening and their solutions always point to user error.

Was supposed to get internet. They sent everything I tried to set it up and it never worked. (I'm young and know how to set up technology, it was an issue on there end) called every day to try to get them to fix it. After 2 weeks of nothing decided to cancel. Tech Troubles: From Amazement to Frustration

When first installed it was amazing. Then it got a bit slower. Now it’s very slow.I have tried to contact them several times by phone and email with no success.

I signed up with Primus 1gb internet in May 2023. The first week the aervice went down for 8hrs and then 4hrs in that week. Phoning in is about 1.5hrs wait time usually.
