Their internet goes out at least once a month. This one recently has been down since December 4th and is still down. I work remotely and they have lost me so much money. Friday when it went down, yet again for more than 4 days, I subscribed to another subscriber. Do not use them

I have been with primus since Feb 2023. My service often fails, after a few months. Eventually it stops completely and it takes me the better part of a full day to get it sorted out. The problems are often 'escalated' and take a full day or more to resolve. Terrible, Terrible service.

Very disappointing experience with Primus Internet (via Costco).I signed up at $50/month through Costco. After the initial period, Primus increased my rate to around $80/month while speeds were still poor. Over the next 18 months, I discovered I’d been paying roughly $30 plus more each month than expected. I never received an email or clear notice that the promo had ended. Because of a serious medical situation and hospitalization due to cancer, I wasn’t checking every bill, and I trusted the Costco partnership. I would not recommend anyone gi with this service . There Ryde and the service sucks. It's the worst internet I've ever used. The fact that there employees treat there customers like shit. Is utterly disgusting. DONT USE PRIMUS YOULL REGRET IT.
