Hands down one of the worst internet service providers in Canada. The true test of an ISP is how they handle technical issues, and Primus fails completely due to severe customer service and technical support incompetence. Rather than diagnosing or resolving network-side issues, agents focus entirely on closing tickets as quickly as possible. They came to install, said there was an issue and would have to raise a ticket IOT to get the internet installed. They are a middle man for Bell.Two weeks later no word. I called Primus would not give me a work ticket number. I even called Bell no word.I waited a few more days contacted Cogeco on a Friday. We had internet on Tuesday.I would not recommend Primus to my worse enemy.Never go with Primus. They are worse then useless.

I used the Primus from Costco offer, and I admit the service is very good for the price, despite an old web portal for the invoices. I recommend it without hesitation!
