Scam

I was offered a better plan for less, only to end up with a plan that was $40 more expensive, and I spent eight hours on the phone trying to get my old discount back. The salespeople are innocent and just want to get their money's worth.

I have been a telus customer for over 30 years. Never had a complaint but we shall see what happens when I go to the basic channels only.

Disabled Rate Plan

I receive the Internet for Good plan which is for disabled customers. It costs me $10/month, for a slower internet speed. I don’t use the internet very often, so I feel it is a fair price for what I get.

Overpriced, poor customer service

Had to move from fiber to an old copper connection, was charged more by Telus. Failed installation, service later dropped and spent 2 hours on the phone, 1 hour wait no call back, 1 hour of horrible service where language barrier was an issue.100% go with a smaller carrier. You'll have same pop customer service but 40% price and same speed.
