This company is not sending sufficient bandwidth to my home. Clearly they are manipulating service during peak times to commercial customers at my expense. I pay for 75/10 and receive under 10/3. At times I have no service. I would include the multiple speed tests and print screens however this platform will not allow this. It has been over six weeks now and no resolution. I do not recommend this company to consumers.

Got the 29.99/mo promotion, gradually was hiked up to $60/month now 1.5 years after installing. The price increase started during the first year of my plan (which was supposed to be the “promotional period”). I have been using Carrytel for a long time now, the pricing has always been good. They provided me credits to prolong the price I am paying for. Their pricing is very reasonable compared to other 3rd party ISPs. I would recommend using Carrytel .
