Ordered it when we first moved to Hamilton. W
Despite ordering it weeks in advance we were still told we'd have to wait an additional week + for it to be installed. We confirmed and had them call and confirm multiple times that we needed a technician to actually come set it up to the house as we have no previous connections set up. When the day they had picked finally came and went they did not send anyone, flipped a switched and started to charge us. Told us we'd have to wait another week after we called to say we had no internet still. Ended up canceling and getting 0 money back from them, including nothing back for the "deposit" for the modem after waiting a month. So a great company to go with if you plan on spending $200+ on internet you don't ever actually receive.

Carrytel is the worst internet provider. I joined in early of November 2020 and I canceled their service in mid-December 2020.
In most of the time, internet speed was very slow with a number of disconnections. Based on other reviews, I just decided to call and cancel the service. It is not worth the hassle.

Are a customer for two years. I never received a stable, consistent service. Very polite employees and service response almost always quick. The internet service though is not good, regular interruptions. I am paying for and am supposed to have 50/10 MBPS. Never had this speed. Recently the co. increased the price by $20. per month with little warning! Right now I am paying 51.73 including tax for a coverage between 8 and 22 MBPS download!

Slow speeds- Billing is every 30 days, so for people with fixed income, it is very inconvenient and subject to late fees. Their billing system does not allow for changes whatsoever.

I pay for 30 mbps cable, but get and average of 15-20 but i figure that that is normal. They fully disclose that they don"t guarantee the speed, and I understand that they are using the big cable company's infrastructure.

The service cuts regularly (between a few seconds to a few hours). I have to - + 3 times a week to restart the router so that it works I called several times for this problem and nothing changes. There are days that I find it difficult to send an email. I know my network is on dsl that's why I'm looking for cable now

cable 30-10 at 34.99 $, the system asks us to pay for 12 months, it's tanning, but the company credits when there are errors, better than Transat telecom
modem rented at $ 50 deposit, refundable upon disconnection
