After opting for another residential internet package from Bell in order to reduce my bill, I lived almost 10 days without an internet connection. Their customer service is far from reality. No mastery of their tasks, just promises without concrete results. After the connection is reestablished, it lasted just a week. With all that, they scheduled a technician in 4 days. The service is really bad.

Everything is fine, I have never had a problem with customer service and I always make all my changes online.

I took a package on their website where it says Package Discount -$5.00/month. From my first bill this discount was gone. I called, spent 50 minutes with them, sent messages by email and on their website, they ignore me. Even if their website still offers this discount, they act as if it doesn't exist.
