Blackberry Motion: Full Specifications

Unlike the keyboard-driven BlackBerry models many people associate with the brand, the Blackberry Motion takes a fully touch-based approach in a classic slate design with a front fingerprint key and a programmable convenience button. Its 5.5-inch IPS LCD display has a 1920 x 1080 resolution and scratch-resistant protection, while the body adds IP67 protection against dust and water for a sturdier feel than many phones from its period. Power comes from a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor with 4 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage, plus microSD expansion up to 256 GB. The 12 MP rear camera uses phase detection autofocus, an f/2.0 lens and dual-tone flash, and it records 4K video at 30 fps. On the front, the 8 MP camera supports 1080p video. The large 4000 mAh battery is one of the phone’s standout features, with USB-C and Quick Charge 3.0 support helping it keep up with long workdays. Depending on the version, the Motion supports either a single Nano-SIM or a hybrid dual-SIM setup, along with LTE, NFC, Bluetooth 4.2, dual-band Wi-Fi ac and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. At about 155.7 x 75.4 x 8.1 mm and 167 g, it balances a roomy screen with a solid in-hand feel.
