Blackberry Passport: Full Specifications

Designed to stand apart from conventional smartphones, the BlackBerry Passport combines a broad square display with a compact physical keyboard to favour reading, writing and document work. Its 4.5 inch IPS LCD screen delivers a sharp 1440 x 1440 resolution at about 453 ppi, giving emails, spreadsheets and web pages more room than a typical narrow handset. The three row keyboard is not only tactile but touch enabled, allowing gesture controls for scrolling, cursor movement and text interaction. Inside, the phone runs on a 2.2 GHz quad core Snapdragon 801 processor with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage, with microSD expansion for additional space. The rear 13 MP camera includes autofocus, LED flash and optical image stabilization, and it can record 1080p video at up to 60 fps, while a 2 MP front camera handles video calls and selfies. A 3450 mAh battery supports long daily use, and connectivity includes 4G LTE, Wi Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 LE, NFC, GPS and a nano SIM. Measuring roughly 128 x 90.3 x 9.3 mm and weighing about 196 g, the Passport remains one of BlackBerry’s most unusual and purpose-built designs.
