The 5 of us have been very happy so far. We have BYOP plans and they never increase prices. During Black Friday sales we were able to get better deals through their retention- legacy plans, in their mall kiosk in person which was quite easy. We all saved $15 to $20 a month and got more data. The only problem is when travelling overseas they are expensive with extra $16/day + taxes.

Eastlink mobile is ok if you just want it for local. After buying a US plan, it did not work in the US. I was told the problem was my phone …..it worked with another carrier. After canceling with eastlink, I still got a bill from them….I’ve been on hold for over an hour trying to sort this out….that is very poor customer service!

As far as phones/bills go you will be paying a high fee (standard for our 3 different companies you can pick from in Canada). Warning: Do not use this service. No customer service. I was never able to connect my modem, and I had to call several times, and my last call lasted 2 hours and 12 minutes!
