The 5 of us have been very happy so far. We have BYOP plans and they never increase prices. During Black Friday sales we were able to get better deals through their retention- legacy plans, in their mall kiosk in person which was quite easy. We all saved $15 to $20 a month and got more data. The only problem is when travelling overseas they are expensive with extra $16/day + taxes.

everytime unable to use the wifi. I use my phone data even at home but I am paying bills and no solution. I tried bell, eastlink and others and all of them are not working properly. I am tired of complaining. Eastlink mobile is ok if you just want it for local. After buying a US plan, it did not work in the US. I was told the problem was my phone …..it worked with another carrier. After canceling with eastlink, I still got a bill from them….I’ve been on hold for over an hour trying to sort this out….that is very poor customer service!

The customer service is very unpleasant. I called before to suspend my service. And to my surprise, my account was charged for an internet bill that I didn't use. I called for my refund. The agent spoke to me as if it was a favor they were doing me. It's my money.

Horrible They have been a very good provider in the past but I no longer recommend them, they charged my for international calls that are incoming that I didn't awnser and I have coverage for international calls on my plan witch say 7 countries but when I talked to them about this say said it's only 5 countries and they don't seem to care
