I chose this brand because it was more affordable than the larger brands in Canada. But now that I see there are more affordable companies to choose from, there is no reason to settle for the terrible customer service, the lack of accountability and the gimmicky gifts/freebies/draws this company is made of. I would not recommend.

Hidden fees when canceling 2 year contract. They cancel the device discount at the time of the agreement which is 2 years old. Worst cell phone company I have ever had. Not to mention the aggressive voice of the girl on the answering machine!
