Don't be fooled by the sales reps' smooth talk. The discounts are just bait. In my case, a $5 discount was wiped out after eight months by a $6.15 price increase. Customer service is useless: they hide behind contract clauses that no one even notices. Complaints are pointless too—the Executive Office simply says it's normal and that they have the right to raise prices by up to 24%. A very disappointing experience. I do not recommend them.

They don't give a damn about losing customers. Even their loyalty program is rubbish.

The customer service is a disaster. The agents are nice, but they are completely incompetent. I've spent hours on the phone trying to resolve issues without success.

Good value for money. They follow up to ensure the quality of service and if we are satisfied.

Their sales & marketing team persuades you into joining Virgin Plus home internet. Then without your knowledge or consent, they creepily change your payment amount, and silently keep billing you. When you ask for clarity and why that happened, they say it was a promotion. You ask where you signed or accepted that you change the amount or whether you want the services when they change their offer,

I find it a shame not to get any benefits for better prices when I've been with Virgin for over 10 years and they're quick to remove my discounts instead of keeping them or calling me to review my contract. I always look for the best value for money; if I find something better elsewhere, I'll switch.

I started with the Virgin promotion at $29, and today, January 1st, I see an email saying my bill will be $41. They attract people with promotions, and a few months later they start raising prices. Virgin is just like Belle, the same thing.

I switched from Bell to Virgin, which was quite easy, and my bill was cut in half, or almost. Hard to believe, but the service is identical except for the terminal and the interface, which is red instead of blue.

Or I live in a place where there aren't many options, at least Virgin Son is on Bell's line. And it's affordable, but the stability for my address isn't great.
