They send email on when money comes out but they take it out before the date they email u when it says on the date but took out 6 days before it supposed to come out and try to say u have until that date but bill from email states on this date not by this date can't talk to anyone that speaks inglish horrible

Gave Fizz a try. Wasn't happy after the month so I thought that would be it. Looked at my credit card and they have already charged for next month! WTF I haven't agreed to another charge on this pay as you go service!! NO customer service phone #available. Online online chat only. Found hidden cancellation on app. We'll see if they refund the fraudulent charge! NOT recommended!

Good company! I was with Lucky AND public mobile before and this company and its coverage is much better. Don't even both with the other low cost carriers, as you will pay for it later.
