I have been with fonus for several years now, starting at the time when there was just one plan with unlimited data. At first it worked pretty well, then they changed the plan structure. I chose the 5gb high speed then unlimited throttled speed. Ever since this change I have problems every month when the plan renews. The data doesn't get reset properly and remains at 0GB. I had some difficulty with my phone to access internet when not at home to make phone call. I contact fonus online and they thoroughly instructed me step by step to get it back working again. They are very polite and patient with me . Only problem is I had to wait a bit long before I get the next answer. Overall I am happy and continue to have their service .
