Before purchasing a phone and plan online, be very careful of the price changes right at the very end where it asks you to pay. For instance, the phone I want shows as $10 a month for 2 years. When I add any plan and click on purchase, the monthly fee for the phone now shows as $27. Very dishonest company so just double check the math before using them.

For several years, I have financed several mobile devices for myself and my family members with Rogers. All my payments have been made rigorously, always on time, thanks to a direct debit system. I have never had a late payment or any incident to report. However, recently, I was surprised to find that I could no longer access financing for a new device through my online account.
