Bad reception out-of-city, bad customer support

In general bad reception, almost never 5G, even around Toronto and esp outside urban centers. Customer service mostly only online (no calls) and irritating use of chatbots with often multiple choice responses only which don’t make sense. Presents itself as a fresh alternative for the big providers, but does nothing to achieve that.

Excellent customer support

I was in desperate need of getting a SIM card swapped a.s.a.p, and I went to a store, and after explaining my problems to Mudassir. He looked into the problem and was able to offer me immediate solutions. My cell is up and running. That's I call great service.

Great service and price

Grumpy senior, so I found they had a deal at BYOD and prepaid for only $5 a month (after the $5 discount) plan with Freedom so i get 120 minutes a month and 0.1mb for data. Holy cow, can't complain it was probably too good as I dont see it offered now, but hey it might come again on back to school or black friday who know. WiFi calls are great at home and have not had a problem when out and about, best plan for me but my not suit everyone.

Reliable Mobile Financing with Rogers

For several years, I have financed several mobile devices for myself and my family members with Rogers. All my payments have been made rigorously, always on time, thanks to a direct debit system. I have never had a late payment or any incident to report. However, recently, I was surprised to find that I could no longer access More

Bunch of crooks

Their management staff is horrible at dealing with clients and yes they will double charge and refuse to refund.Rogers internet in our area is UNSTABLE. People in our neighbourhood have outages once or more per week.

Rogers client for 20 years

bills have always exceeded contact amounts.Largest bill was $1500+ for roaming charges.Average over the last 6 months have exceed contracted amount by more than $300.Unfortunately, Canadians don't have many providers to choose from. One day this will change. Therefore, its best to remain in the honeymoon phase and shift providers at renewal every 2 years.
