Moto G5: Full Specifications

More compact than many phones in its class, the Moto G5 focuses on everyday practicality in a 5-inch format that is easy to carry and comfortable to handle. Its IPS LCD display reaches 1080 x 1920 resolution, which gives the screen a sharp look for messaging, web browsing, streaming, and photos. Motorola paired it with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor and Adreno 505 graphics, along with 2GB or 3GB of RAM depending on the version, while internal storage starts at 16GB and can be expanded with a microSD card. The main camera is a 13MP unit and the front camera is 5MP, with video recording up to 1080p at 30 fps. The phone launched with Android 7.0 and keeps the straightforward Moto G approach rather than loading the interface with heavy extras. A removable 2800mAh battery adds some flexibility that is less common on newer models, and fast charging support is also noted. Other practical touches include LTE connectivity, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, FM radio, a 3.5 mm headphone jack, and Micro USB. The body measures 144.3 x 73 x 9.5 mm and weighs about 144 to 145 g, helping the device feel light and manageable.
