They shifted from their long standing 365d expiry, no plan required pay as you go model to suddenly requiring everyone to get new sim card without timely communications. I've been calling the support line for a week now, and all I get is "high call vlumes, call back." Not even an option to wait. The reason I'm calling is the the website has been broken over the same period of time. The customer service is non existant. Hanging up on clients is rude. The big downside comes from their bill. Incomprehensible to a human. Lots of discounts that come and go over the months. You have to call to understand anything, especially if there are several services on the same bill like cell phone, internet etc. However, the service is impeccable and fast.
