The big downside comes from their bill. Incomprehensible to a human. Lots of discounts that come and go over the months. You have to call to understand anything, especially if there are several services on the same bill like cell phone, internet etc. However, the service is impeccable and fast.

I have been with fonus for several years now, starting at the time when there was just one plan with unlimited data. At first it worked pretty well, then they changed the plan structure. I had some difficulty with my phone to access internet when not at home to make phone call. I contact fonus online and they thoroughly instructed me step by step to get it back working again. They are very polite and patient with me . Only problem is I had to wait a bit long before I get the next answer. Overall I am happy and continue to have their service .
