Since a few weeks I am no longer able to make or receive calls if I am in the house. When it works the cut line... IMPOSSIBLE to talk to a human at FIDO, only their robot!!! I had to pretend to be a new client to finally talk to someone. NO results, they don't know why. Terrible service, I change supplier....

FIDO STOLE MORE THAN $4000 FROM ME.
July End 2022- I called Fido to sign up for an Apple 13 pro max. Over the phone, we had an agreed amount of $115 per month.
The very next day i got an email confirmation saying that a 24 month contract of $170+ per month has been created.
I called them very same day mentioning this wasnt the agreed amount and would like to cancel the contract. They agreed to More

I called them very same day mentioning this wasnt the agreed amount and would like to cancel the contract. They agreed to cancel it and asked to return the phone they shipped within 30 days.
As soon as the phone arrived I sent the phonne back and Fido confirmed that they received it and has closed my account.
On September 18th- I see a charge of $2254 on my credit card. I called Fido and they apologized saying that it will be re-imbursed. After having to call their customer service and wait multiple hours. I finally got my $2254 back on September 21st. Case was closed.
October 12th- I see Fido has charged $2198 again towards my credit card. Every time I call, I end up having to speak to a separate customer service representative, repeat myself 100 times and all they say is a case is created.
FIDO HAS LITERALLY STOLEN $4000+ FROM MY CARD OVER TWO MONTHS AND I AM YET TO RECEIVE $2198 BACK. WHAT'S HAPPENING?
MY CREDIT CARD LIMIT IS $3000 AND I AM HAVING TO BORROW MONEY FROM OTHERS AS I DON'T HAVE ANY BALANCE ON MY CARD DUE TO FIDO'S THEFT.

Fido is the most EVIL and THEIVING phone company out there. When they set me up with my account, they sent me a phone that barely works. On top of that I specifically instructed them to setup automatic payments, which they did not. Then when my payments weren't being taken (for three months) they charged me an $80 late fee. When i asked the person at the fido store about this, they said i had to c More

The person on the text chat said they can't schedule or receive calls, but when you call the customer service line, it SPECIFICALLY tells you to use the text chat to get in touch with an agent. Fido PURPOSELY overcharges customers, and when they try and call them, they send them down a rabbit hole that leads to a dead end. The second i grt a chance I'm canceling and going with ANYONE ELSE. Save yourself and DO NOT USE FIDO!!

Fido doesn't care about it's existing customer, I am with Fido for ~3 years, but when I called to upgrade my data plan from 2 GB to what they are offering to new customer , they simply refused it , and when I asked to leave the Fido as getting better deal with other provider they didn't care .

Roaming options are nonexistent. Travelling to the US has only one option. Pay $12.00 per day or do without. This can make for a very expensive month. They should offer at least one longer term option. Very disappointing.

The Fido/Rogers service is going downhill. I have been a long time Fido customer but will be leaving soon.

Easy, the big 3 all have a secondary company. Same network, same services, same everything.
Then the small others more localized. 3G only.
Personally Fido, Virgin or Koodo are the cheapest for top coverage in Canada and roaming, if you have a large business, for tax breaks, pay more for same coverage, same antenna, same compagnie, less gb/month, Rogers, Bell, Telus… same, same, same…. You must c More

You must call to get what you want, do not buy phones from them, unless older phones, new buy from the phone company, Apple, Samsung, one plus, etc… Apple is bling, Android is for pro.

I've bought 2 phones from Fido, both faulty. First was an a53, then an S22. They took the first one back, second one they did nothing. I was out of town and missed the 30 day so called customer satisfaction by 5 days I believe. S22 is less than 5 months old, it'll be going in for the 3rd time for repairs. Apparently, Samsung has a " repair only warranty" they refuse to replace it. I'm in a 2 year More

Great network, very impressed. I personally drive to a lot of areas within Ontario and a family trip to the East coast.
I have never had any billing issues over and above the agreed amount.

Russia’s current illegal invasion in Ukraine has led to some Canadian carriers making major changes to their long distance call charges to Ukraine. As of 25th Feb 2022, some of the top Canadian Telecom providers such as Rogers, Koodo, Telus, Bell and Videotron are temporarily pausing long-distance charges from Canada to Ukraine until March 31st …
Finding the perfect phone plan has never been a simple task. With so many options to choose from, it’s easy to become overwhelmed and settle for something underwhelming. Further, it’s even harder to find a suitable plan in a larger province that hosts dozens of providers. Ontario is no exception. With one of the largest …
