It's off to a bad start... I took out an eBox subscription this morning and I just received the contract by email. They wrote the contract for another person who has the same name as me, but who lives in a completely different city! (?!?)

I subscribed to Ebox 10 years ago or so. During last years I am observing total degradation of service. They skyrocketed prices, removed cable subscription for new customers and offer only ADSL 50/10Mbps for $40. After recent increase of their monthly fee I filed them to CRTC for fraud and misconduct. I do not recommend to anyone to make business with them.
