LG positioned the G7 as a polished flagship with a mix of multimedia features and classic high-end essentials. Its glass-and-metal design remains slim at 7.9 mm and light at 162 g, while IP68 water resistance and MIL-STD-810G compliance add a measure of durability. The 6.1-inch QHD+ FullVision LCD uses a tall format and a very high 3120 x 1440 resolution, giving the phone a crisp, dense look without making the body excessively wide. Inside, the Snapdragon 845 processor is paired with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage, with microSD expansion up to 2 TB for users who keep large media libraries. Photography is handled by two 16 MP rear cameras, combining a standard lens with a super wide-angle option, plus an 8 MP front camera. LG also leaned heavily into sound, with a Boombox speaker, DTS:X support and a Hi-Fi Quad DAC for wired listening.
