OnePlus 15: Full Specifications

The OnePlus 15 is built as a high-end Android phone that puts as much emphasis on stamina and sustained speed as it does on style. Its 6.78-inch LTPO display uses a sharp 2772 x 1272 resolution, adaptive refresh from 1 to 120 Hz, and a higher 165 Hz mode for supported gaming, all behind Gorilla Glass Victus 2 and framed by notably slim bezels. Power comes from the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 with OxygenOS 16 based on Android 16, paired with LPDDR5X memory and UFS 4.1 storage in configurations up to 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage. Photography is handled by three 50 MP rear cameras, covering wide, ultra-wide, and periscope telephoto views, with optical stabilization on the main and telephoto lenses and support for advanced video features including 4K at 120 fps Dolby Vision recording. A major highlight is the 7,300 mAh battery, supported by 80W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. Despite that capacity, the phone remains relatively slim at about 8.1 to 8.2 mm, with a weight of 211 or 215 g depending on the finish. Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, 5G, dual eSIM support, and strong dust and water resistance round out a very ambitious flagship package.

Pros

  • Colossal Battery: The massive 7,300 mAh battery sets a new industry benchmark, easily providing over two days of heavy usage.
  • Ultra-Smooth Display: Its 6.78-inch LTPO screen supports a 165Hz refresh rate in gaming mode, offering unparalleled motion fluidity.
  • Next-Level Charging: With 120W wired and 50W wireless charging, the giant battery can be fully replenished in under 30 minutes.

Cons

  • Heavier Build: Due to the enormous battery, the phone weighs up to 215g, which might feel bulky during prolonged one-handed use.
  • HDR Processing: The camera software can sometimes apply heavy-handed HDR, occasionally making skies and shadows look slightly artificial.
  • Selective High Refresh: The peak 165Hz refresh rate is restricted to specific supported games rather than being system-wide.
