For several years, I have financed several mobile devices for myself and my family members with Rogers. All my payments have been made rigorously, always on time, thanks to a direct debit system. I have never had a late payment or any incident to report. However, recently, I was surprised to find that I could no longer access financing for a new device through my online account. After multiple attempts to obtain an explanation, I was finally put in touch with one of the agents on July 10, 2025 at 9:58 a.m. The agent told me that a conflict between my account and that of my partner would be the cause of this blockage. However, no clear reason or valid justification was provided to me, he admitted to me that he did not have the means to resolve the problem, even adding that no one else could go further, as he believed it represented the last possible level of processing. This company has no customer service there is noone to speak to when they screw up your plan so far in 2 days i have had 25 emails all saying the same crap (we understand your frustration) but yet nothing has been done and now im told could be 5 more days till they figure out what went wrong this was after i went to the bank to prove payment was made as they requested upon proof it is still going

Chatr doesn't support hotspot. You might get it working but I can't on my iPhone. I called support and they said they don't support it. The coverage is also terrible. I was on Fido before which is also Rogers. I never had the low bar problem and slow internet there like I do here. Literally go with anyone else.

Chatr has been my service provider for years. I live in Haldimand Norfolk and their signal is always reliable and strong. Their high speed 4G works beautifully with my 2024 Moto G Play and Chatr's prices and bundles are perfect for my budget. Thanks for everything so far, guys.
