Stay away -- use ANY other provider

They shifted from their long standing 365d expiry, no plan required pay as you go model to suddenly requiring everyone to get new sim card without timely communications. Didn't even have a basic, low cost plan that people could get to soften the blow of suddenly needing a plan.As much as that was an incredibly unfriendly move to do to their customer base, that isn't the worst. Now here we are in Ma

Worst ever

Speakout has stolen the balance of my money in my account and it is impossible to get hold of anyone. Over 300 calls (redials) and all you get is a busy signal. Have tried their online contact form and no response so far.DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER!

Can't get a hold of customer service, website down

I've been calling the support line for a week now, and all I get is "high call vlumes, call back." Not even an option to wait. The reason I'm calling is the the website has been broken over the same period of time. The customer service is non existant. Hanging up on clients is rude. Now I need to go to the trouble of finding another carrier because my phone is out of commission. Thanks for nothing.

What? Obviously my account is not suspended as I'm still using all my phones and all their features. After a lot of digging (a couple of hours, including reaching out to the venue I purchased the

Customer retention is completely zero

I have been a Fido customer for 10 years. Comparing my current bill, given the $4/month rate increase, I looked at the exclusive offers with more data, which ultimately cost more. A new customer is offered plans for $20 less, for a reasonable amount of data (20GB per month), or $29/month. There is no way
