TCL 40 Xe 5G: Full Specifications

TCL positions the 40 Xe 5G as a straightforward, budget friendly model that still covers the basics with some welcome extras. Its 6.56 inch HD+ display uses NXTVISION processing and a 90Hz refresh rate, which helps scrolling and animation feel smoother than on a standard 60Hz panel. Inside, the MediaTek Dimensity 700 platform delivers 5G connectivity and enough performance for messaging, streaming, social apps and general multitasking, supported by 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. A microSD card can expand capacity by up to 1TB, which makes the phone easier to live with over time. The camera setup includes a 13MP main rear camera with 2MP macro and 2MP depth lenses, plus an 8MP front camera, and video capture reaches 1080p at 30 frames per second. TCL also includes a 5000 mAh battery with 18W fast charging, a side mounted fingerprint reader, face unlock, a 3.5 mm headphone jack, Bluetooth 5.1, Wi Fi ac and USB C. The body measures 164.46 x 75.4 x 8.99 mm and weighs 195 g, giving it a modern large screen form without becoming unusually heavy.
