Management needs retraining in customer service

Ender a manager has the worst customer service skills ever. I was having issues with Telus and koodo around my phone not working properly and paying the bill online ( as their payment system keeps giving me error messages). I am beyond frustrated with Bell Mobility right now. I upgraded my plan from 100GB to 200GB on September 9th because I had already used up my data. Bell shows on my account that the change is “effective immediately,” but here I am 6 days later and NOTHING has changed.I’ve called them every single day since and all they do is put me on hold for ridiculous amounts of time without fixing the issue. In downtown Montreal and Toronto, Bell impressed us with its millimeter-wave network. We reached download peaks of 800 Mbps! Perfect for 4K streaming or downloading large files in seconds. However, these spectacular speeds drop quickly once you move away from ultra-dense areas.

Telus everywhere: consistency is key​

Less flashy in cities, but more predictable! Their 5G approach gave us steady speeds of 150–300 Mbps, whether in downtown Quebec City or a small town in Alberta.

Tie: In city centers, Bell’s millimeter-wave 5G offers exceptional speeds up to 800 Mbps, ideal for professionals handling large files, while Telus focuses on stability and coverage rather than peak speed, providing a more predictable experience across the country.

Global roaming: which coverage to choose?

For international roaming, both Bell and Telus offer reliable signals, but Bell slightly stands out by covering more countries. Bell’s Roam Better option allows calls, texts, and data in over 230 destinations, with travel passes for the Caribbean, Mexico, or Europe, including unlimited data and communication.
