Just finding the right number is a challenge and I believe the company uses some form of customer service system that intentionally splits calls to discourage customers. Telus' 5G network is extremely disgusting. Absolutely avoid... I plan to sue Telus for inconveniences caused by their damn network... I often find myself with no data on my cell... Hence messages received late, no internet.... In short really disgusting.... We are a family of 4 with different OS (Android and IOS) same thing!!!
