The most terrible service I have ever received. I am so disappointed from Telus's Customer service. After spending 2 hours over the phone no one was willing to listen , emphasize or to help. Agent name Melodie and Manager Lorrie both were super rude.Talking it over with there incompetent customer service, Both of them did not show any support and did not even try to give us any solution. Negative point: speaking to an agent and receiving a response is never easy with Telus. Just finding the right number is a challenge and I believe the company uses some form of customer service system that intentionally splits calls to discourage customers. Some agents are very friendly and dedicated and others are just the opposite. Today I spoke to a woman named Fatouma who was professional and More

In essence you get worse network/internet speed than Freedom mobile at prices similar to Fido. Unfortunately I got trapped into a 2 year contract with them.

Customer service is useless and will never give you a proper answer. Been with them for around 6 years now, been getting worse every year. I ordered a new phone and they put everything on hold after my money left my account, refusing to send me my phone. I called customer service to deal with it after many emails back and forth, them having no good answers and repeating the same thing every email. More

I wanted to get a prepaid phone plan for my son's SOS watch. I found a prepaid plan for talk and text for $100/year, 400 min/month, 400 texts/month, plus a free bonus for a year, since I'm a new customer, unlimited call and text and 2 gigabytes. More

Avoid at all cost, their customer support is genuinely looking to fuck you over. They'll remove promotions with very little warning, and do their best to make you pay more than you should. And that's considering I work for them! Imagine what they'll do to non-telus employees.

I have had my identity stolen and someone opened a Telus account under my name. I had to call them every single day for 2 weeks so far. First time I called, I was left on hold for over an hour and a half for the agent to hang up on me without a word and without completing anything. Very poor service. At almost every call, I had to tell them how to do their job and More

I was with Telus since pagers came out. Lately their customer service took a huge dive. Even their loyalty dept was horrible. Best they could do to “help me” was to schedule a time for them to call me so they could put me through to another department so I didn’t have to sit on hold for over 2 hours and then SHE DIDNT EVEN More

I bought a phone and less than a year ago, it broke due to an internal problem. According to Quebec law, it should have been replaced with a new one FREE OF CHARGE. Despite my protests, I had to pay $400 to get a new one. A company that violates Quebec law. They dare to call me back to make me become their customer again. I WILL NOT HESITATE TO GIVE THEM THE BAD REPUTATION THEY DESERVE.

My Experience with TelusI was quoted an offer earlier in the day for a $97/month (including tax) plan for a Pixel Pro XL on a “Bring-It-Back” arrangement. The representative agreed to waive the connection fee (after I pointed out it’s only charged in-store) and assured me the taxes would appear on my next bill, not be paid upfront.Because my current phone wasn’t working properly, I More
