I took a package on their website where it says Package Discount -$5.00/month. From my first bill this discount was gone. I called, spent 50 minutes with them, sent messages by email and on their website, they ignore me. Even if their website still offers this discount, they act as if it doesn't exist. There are crazy fees for when you go abroad. With 100 spam calls a day you are sure to have your mailbox pop up very frequently.
