Dishonest company

Before purchasing a phone and plan online, be very careful of the price changes right at the very end where it asks you to pay. For instance, the phone I want shows as $10 a month for 2 years. When I add any plan and click on purchase, the monthly fee for the phone now shows as $27. Very dishonest company so just double check the math before using them.

Signed up to use my cell in Scotland, I was told by five or six different clerks that I would be able to use my phone and call between Scotland and Canada and when I got to Scotla

So much cheaper!

The prices are unbeatable. They use the same network as Telus, so there are no coverage issues. I've never had a problem. The points system is great. Everything is done online, which is why you pay less. You can also get a $10 credit in your second month by entering the code RW972Z when you sign up.

I've been a customer for years. Up until now, everything has been perfect. The initial setup and connection went smoothly (without assistance). Everything works well. It's simple, accessible, user-friendly, and affordable. I immediately created an eSIM. It took two minutes. I've found plenty of different options. I really like the rewards system. Best price ever for a great network coverage, speed and stability. You pay way less because they don't have to pay for a call center, but you have access to support throught the great community.
