Before purchasing a phone and plan online, be very careful of the price changes right at the very end where it asks you to pay. For instance, the phone I want shows as $10 a month for 2 years. When I add any plan and click on purchase, the monthly fee for the phone now shows as $27. Very dishonest company so just double check the math before using them.

Just moved to Freedom because they had a great plan for Canada, US and Mexico. More GB than we need, but great value. Really appreciated the personal attention by the kiosk rep in Calgary. Simple, easy to work with and friendly. So far, so good.

Poor coverage specially when you travel within Quebec and Ontario. Even the service hub cities service breakdowns quite often. The big downside comes from their bill. Incomprehensible to a human. Lots of discounts that come and go over the months. You have to call to understand anything, especially if there are several services on the same bill like cell phone, internet etc. However, the service is impeccable and fast.
