You can trust them ! They changed my plan without any email of explanation and charged me like 10 $ more than usually Afrer a long time at phone and talking with many différent persons , I managed to take back my old plan and for that , they charged me 11$ more without telling me because I changed my monthly plan! Nothing I cant do about it

I am beyond frustrated with Bell Mobility right now. I upgraded my plan from 100GB to 200GB on September 9th because I had already used up my data. Bell shows on my account that the change is “effective immediately,” but here I am 6 days later and NOTHING has changed.I’ve called them every single day since and all they do is put me on hold for ridiculous amounts of time without fixing the issue.
