Horrible customer service in every sense

On the phone for over 90 minutes, bounced from dept to dept attempting to advocate for some empathy and understanding. Told that the previous departments should have addressed the concern. The client I work with has been in hospital for nearly a year, the bills racked up, warrantied phone was stolen but client couldn't report it stolen given their condition. Account cancelled by Koodo which More

Not Impressed

As far as phones/bills go you will be paying a high fee (standard for our 3 different companies you can pick from in Canada). The service and 5G is better quality than Roger's, but not better than others, in my experience. The biggest issue I had was there customer service and the information online not being accurate/the same as emails I received. This is a big No No for me. Billing has to be More

Koodoo internet service: terrible

Warning: Do not use this service. No customer service. I was never able to connect my modem, and I had to call several times, and my last call lasted 2 hours and 12 minutes! Just to speak to someone from Koodoo Internet. Horrible. I didn't even have time to install it, and I couldn't reach them until I had 2 hours to waste. Please pass on the information! Thank you.

They Scammed me for 100$

There are crazy fees for when you go abroad. With 100 spam calls a day you are sure to have your mailbox pop up very frequently. If you call your own mailbox for just one second, youll be charged 16$. Tried to fix it with the customer service and after 30 minutes they gave me back 30$.Dont waste your time or money. Pay a little more and go to a good provider.

Reliable Mobile Financing with Rogers

For several years, I have financed several mobile devices for myself and my family members with Rogers. All my payments have been made rigorously, always on time, thanks to a direct debit system. I have never had a late payment or any incident to report. However, recently, I was surprised to find that I could no longer access More

Their management staff is horrible at dealing with clients and yes they will double charge and refuse to refund.Rogers internet in our area is UNSTABLE. People in our neighbourhood have outages once or more per week.

Rogers client for 20 years

bills have always exceeded contact amounts.Largest bill was $1500+ for roaming charges.Average over the last 6 months have exceed contracted amount by more than $300.Unfortunately, Canadians don't have many providers to choose from. One day this will change. Therefore, its best to remain in the honeymoon phase and shift providers at renewal every 2 years.
