Hello, I would like to give a perfect score of 10/10 to Mr. Anderson. His work was exemplary, he directed me well and he answered all my questions. His kindness and dedication to his work makes me say that I am in good hands. Thanks to gemstelecom thanks to mr anderson and all his staff.

"Internet, IPTV Setup Made Easy"

We went with the internet and IPTV from this provider.
1) Installation and activation was a breeze;
2) Internet service is good, coverage is provided by a Deco router, which is correct at best;
3) Support is next to inexistant. EMail or phone calls are tedious with their inexperienced receptionists (they are NOT technicians);
4) Between 1830 and 2100 every evening, IPTV lags and buffers like crazy. They’ll blame your Firestick 4K by saying that they’re not 4K (even with pictures as proof), and they won’t check with Rogers (which they leech from) to fix the issue.

We were promised (!!) that we wouldn’t experience this with them, which is a total lie. They don’t know how to fix the issue and they won’t tell you they have no idea how to fix it. Stay away from them!!

Cela fait trois années que je suis client et leur service à la clientèle n'est pas à la hauteur de mes attentes. On m'a forcé a renouveler mon abonnement pour deux ans alors que je ne souhaitait que déménager mon abonnement. Difficile a obtenir un service en français et attente longue au téléphone pour parler à un agent.

Aussi, un agent m'a promis un nouveau wifi au téléphone pour que je signe l'entente. Je n'ai jamais reçu le nouveau wifi et le service à la clientèle m'a simplement informé qu'un gestionnaire avait refusé unilatéralement d'honorer leur engagement (sans m'en informer) malgré le contrat écrit. La prochaine étape, une plainte au CRTC.

Évitez les problèmes et choisissez un autre fournisseur d'internet.
