After the grace period during which you can normally cancel the contract expires, we lose Crave free. My partner calls and gets a call center probably from another country, an employee who barely speaks French and shows my partner that at Virgin, lying to the customer is company policy... But hey! With $11 a month, we can get Crave back. My partner doesn't like being lied to and getting away with it (like just about everyone else) and now wants to know what it would cost him to terminate his contract because their chat response system with a bot as inefficient as its employees, it's not glamorous either...
