Looking for a more inexpensive plan than my current one. Also in need of a new phone and hoping to combine my husband and my phones to the same plant.
they have a great network, never dropped a call... however their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. they will tell you one thing on the phone, do something else on your bill.... when asked to review the conversation, which is sopposed to be recorded, was told "I will not review the phone call there is no point".
My phone is broken and needs replacing. I'm finished with my existing contract and looking for a new one with a tab to replace my phone.
Moved over from PC Mobile after Koodo purchased them. Everything is smooth since then.
It is always there and dependable
I read a news story about this tool and want to see if there's a better plan.
Rates were best I could find anywhere
The plans are affordable because customer service is mostly all self-service. It has been difficult in the past to talk with someone from the provider. The coverage is great in most city/town centres but I can't recommend it for rural areas in central and northern BC.
My main beef is their customer service and their pricing. I've had good experiences with their reps in the past but I just find it SO SO SO annoying not being able to just call them now and it's automated vs talking to a real person.
Pricing is fair and network works pretty well
It's okay, I use the pay-as-you-go plans and they're just too pricey for what I need, looking to go on a prepaid plan and they don't see to have what I want/need.
I follow my Credit Score every month. You have to pay your phone bill before you get the bill or Kodoo ruins your credit score.
Been with them for years now - not loyal, but they work!
Overall, great service and coverage at a reasonable rate and no contract/bring your own phone service.
