Absolutely disgusting service - DO NOT USE. My Dad passed away unexpectedly while out of the country, it took us weeks to get him home and figure out who his mobile provider was. We rang Eastlink and went back and forth for over a month, several calls over 30 minutes long regarding his final bill to be told that we were being penalized with an More

The 5 of us have been very happy so far. We have BYOP plans and they never increase prices. During Black Friday sales we were able to get better deals through their retention- legacy plans, in their mall kiosk in person which was quite easy. We all saved $15 to $20 a month and got more data. The only problem is when travelling overseas they are expensive with extra $16/day + taxes.

everytime unable to use the wifi. I use my phone data even at home but I am paying bills and no solution. I tried bell, eastlink and others and all of them are not working properly. I am tired of complaining. I by myself I want stopped using all wifi but we have children they need it for different purposes. all internet companies want collect their money but they don't want to fix the problem. Shame.

Eastlink mobile is ok if you just want it for local. After buying a US plan, it did not work in the US. I was told the problem was my phone …..it worked with another carrier. After canceling with eastlink, I still got a bill from them….I’ve been on hold for over an hour trying to sort this out….that is very poor customer service!

Get comfortable because this is a long read. I’m absolutely lost for words, and have no idea what to do now. Open to recommendations, and I have contacted the CRTC.It all started five weeks ago when I contacted Telus to set up a new business mobility account. I spoke with sales agent Mark Kristofferson (Soho), who offered me a good deal and assured me I could open a new business account, get a More

Switched from Telus to Koodo. Telus sent me a link to “view bill” that I couldn’t access because they had already closed my access on the MyTelus app. Telus Cust Service didn’t know how I could view my bill or how to send me a copy. Transferred me to Tech. Tech didn’t More

I was at your new westminster store .They were not able to complete the new phone install after I paid for it.I asked for my returned phone back and asked for a refund on charges. They refused to give my old phone back and they refused to provide a refund. They also refused to provide me with a copy of the contract I had just signed. The person that was providing the service was I believe in More

In essence you get worse network/internet speed than Freedom mobile at prices similar to Fido. Unfortunately I got trapped into a 2 year contract with them.
