I've been waiting to get my internet fixed for hours, and after a day, it's still not fixed yet. Cancelling it right now. If you want to save hassle, go for a reliable company.

Takes 3-4 technicians repeat visits and a month to properly install the service and get it working. Every move was the same. Instructions not passed on to technicians, badly trained technicians installing 100mbps internet that comes through at 5mbs requiring another tech to come fix it.Won't deal with you if you arent paying monthly. Reasonable prices and when you are a loyal customer, they agree to align their rates with that of their new customers, which is appreciable. Their customer service has improved recently, certainly due to a better history of files.
