Distributel

needed to go with Distributel since they<re the only carrier who offer services in northern Quebec. Terrible client experience.... took 45 minutes to book service and appointment installation only for them to loose my file. had to re do the entire process over the phone (they don't have any online ways of doing this!!??? even for legal documents to agree to, it is all done over the phone and you can't understand anything they say....I asked the sales person to repeat several time without being able to understand they she stated they didn't have any other way of doing this). this took about 45 minutes again.
Overall terrible customer service experience.

Requesting a service change from Distributel is a big mistake. Extremely poor service from start to finish. Endless wait for customer service (more than 11:00 in 6 calls) always with the same music that makes you want to kill. Service cut long before the other was up and running. Despite all the waiting time, the problem is still not solved. No return call. Service cut for more than 16 days but still charged. Bad phone line that often cuts on the side of the person who answers me. When I am transferred, the line cuts off and forces me to call back and hit the flat music again and the endless waiting time. The installer who makes a big hole right through the building and who does not block the hole = infiltration of water and air, infiltration of small undesirables. Staff who are sorry but yet who do not solve the problem. I do not write everything but you still have a good idea of the service of this company. In conclusion, a simple upgrade turned into more than 16 days without any internet service but, all the same, billing. More than 11:00 a.m. waiting on the phone with pocket music in 6 calls. They tell me that they will call me back but 4 days later I'm still waiting so it's not true! I have to plug the hole made by the installer myself, otherwise I would have problems. Given my very negative experiences you will understand that I do not recommend Distributel. I will look for another supplier that is more reliable and whose customer service is more cordial and functional and above all more respectful of its customers. I know that my comments will not be published as I wrote them since they will be examined by the editorial team who will take care of removing or whitewashing my writings so that they correspond to their ideal and not to the truth.
