Im extremely disappointed in purple cow. Theyre trying to separate themselves from the big guys and act all righteous UNTIL you try to cancel. Ive reached out 3 times and they've just been ignoring me. Thats a very shady practice. The downfall of a set it up yourself kind of company is they have no customer service and no phone number to call, so they have the ability to simply leave you on read
