"I have had the misfortune of using this internet provider and I cannot recommend them to anyone. Their service is terrible, and their customer support is even worse. Their representatives are unhelpful, rude, and seem to have no interest in resolving issues. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a reliable internet provider."

I used Acanac for three years. We weren't home much, so I didn't bother us a lot. But when we started really using it, it was under par on the best of days. Technicians were always not helpful, customer service never bothered to care, and we finally decided to cut the cord after having an internet outage for 7 days and all we kept getting told is, just wait another 24 hrs and no one wud call you b More

ACANAC beats all other internet providers in price but the service is not that stable as I videotron, bell or other rivals. It goes down at night as the speed is 10MB instead of 400 that my plan is. The speed fluctuates and is not always stable. For the price, I recommend it but for the service, not.

Worst customer service. They took money from credit card on day one and after two days I received wifi hub. Technician was supposed to arrive on December 8. No show. Then I was told some will be there on December 9. NO SHOW. Called ACANAC and I was told that they can tentatively book technician for December 18 but no guarantee that some will show up.?
Worst company. They should not be allowed to do business in Canada.
