"I have had the misfortune of using this internet provider and I cannot recommend them to anyone. Their service is terrible, and their customer support is even worse. Their representatives are unhelpful, rude, and seem to have no interest in resolving issues. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a reliable internet provider."

A great provider over all. Bell owned actually. Fast and reliable service. Negotiate a good rate when you sign up. Pricing does not appear to increase for 24 month plans, they say it won’t increase (Dec 2024) but their T&Cs were changed when Bell bought them and says otherwise. It’s been a year now and no increases.
