Unable to configure my esim in my son's Pixel 7. Unable to get support by chatting, I call customer service and after some maze, I managed to reach someone who tells me that there is nothing they can do to go to the store. The shop being closed, I have to go the next day. I go to the store and they tell me they can't do anything because it's an esim. After a few exchanges with them, they give me a sim card and tell me that I can activate it from home. Arrived at home I try to change the configuration of the sim card, but I have to validate with the code that they send me by sms. I can't receive text messages, so I call customer service. I'm talking to someone who asks me lots of questions and demands that my 12-year-old son answer the questions. I explain the situation to him and he asks me what numbers I frequently dial with the phone and I explain to him that I have never been able to use the phone. He replies that in this case I have to go to the store (which is currently closed). I tell him I want a refund and he transfers me to Bell and after several minutes they tell me they can't do anything because I'm with Lucky Mobile and they don't understand why I was transferred to them. In short, a great waste of time.

I referred a friend and when I called several time to ask if I was elegible us well if I filled the the referral they told yes it was done the agent said I had to wait 3 months and the bonus it would be 5 dollars a month towards my plan and my referral has to be with them for 10 months so me and me referral wait now is diciembre I called to ask about the 5 dollar and the agent said if I filled the referral form I said yes she said how convenient she did not see I said tell the email address do I will do it again she did have to me and it was exactly the same I did so I told her then she said oh I don’t qualify because the rules have changed just excuse none sense. Lucky mobile make friend friend to use their services and then they don’t want to give what they promised

Bad customer service, a la carte plans with replenishment it's a scam, we are automatically charged more than what the plan costs because we can only replenish in the amount they set (my plan was $22 so I had to put $25 in replenishment, which means that I have $3 extra each month). When I wanted to end the line, no way to get my money back, they can't so they put my money in their pockets. Their solution, use the phone again until the balance is exhausted. Ok so I'm going to pay two lines to use one in the end. Nice solution, and that's not to mention the shitty customer service I had. Have me hang up on the line, then transfer to a service that does not handle this type of question, I have to call back three times, so each time repeating the same song and being taken for an idiot. Honestly, I've seen better customer service. Lucky mobile is over and I do not recommend.
