Odynet is a way to save money but you need to provide your own modem and router and install the service yourself. No contract, few increases in fees, very competitive price. I was always able to reach them on the phone or get a call back promptly. I found the internet service reasonably stable for my purposes. One major problem for me: the phone service became non-functional and they were not able to get it operational again.
