Their rooter app is from the dark ages and does bot provide ANY parental controls. With all the research pointing to the need to protect our children from online content and social media and the youth mental health crisis, it blows my mind that this service is not even offered. Inexcusable.

I like that the plans are becoming more standardized, meaning I don't have to deal with price increases since the price stays the same. There are sometimes brief, one-minute connectivity drops at night (I imagine for network updates). The speed promised in my plan is achieved and stable. Note: EBOX offers several types of connectivity. I recommend fiber to the home (FTTH).

Taking many weeks to set up, they keep sending techs who say something about the fibre line not being set up properly, sending someone to set it up, coming back and saying it's still an issue.... Took 5 appointments But I understand it's not Ebox's tech so they have limited power. My main issue is they have such a bad customer service system, everything takes forever... been trying to get my sign
