If I could give no star or half star I would but it is set up to give at least 1 star. This company sucks your customer service reps are rude as hell I have been without my internet for 3 weeks now no one knows the problem to dates booked where a tech was to come out to fix it which was a no show no call both times I would never refer this company to anyone.

I am looking for a new provider don’t bother with Altima used to be city wide never had a problem and when I had it was resolved easily did not have to wait on the phone for hour

I have personally never had a problem with this company .you pay ur bill and you have no problems even if ur alittle late they give you that grace period .never had rude customer service who ever stated that it wasn't true I have spoken to altima many times and they have dealt with any issues I had with diligence and care I'm very happy as a lon g time customer .I highly recommend them they have been great.
