If I could give no star or half star I would but it is set up to give at least 1 star. This company sucks your customer service reps are rude as hell I have been without my internet for 3 weeks now no one knows the problem to dates booked where a tech was to come out to fix it which was a no show no call both times I would never refer this company to anyone.

I was formerly with citywide for almost a decade before Altima bought them out. I always paid above and beyond my bill throughout the year to save so that I have no bills in December for Christmas for my kids.
