The fact the you won't let people call a customer service number in. Order to speak with a real person and force th m to waste time talking to a useless robot is disgusting.The fact that all Canadian carriers offer absurdly expensive prices for their plans is even more disgusting. I've a plan with 50GB data which seems great. However, can only use 1 or 2 GB per month as data speeds are very slow to almost no data in areas like downtown Ottawa with a radius of about 5 km. Issue has been for about 1 year and doesn't seem to improve.Also, lately in last 3 weeks, placing calls in Ottawa downtown area takes a long time to get a ring tone.
